February 2026 Update: New Generators & Homepage Refresh
Standalone pages for image and video generation, a cleaner homepage, and a reorganized sidebar.
It's been a busy month for Editly. Here's what changed.
New: Standalone Generators
We split out the image and video generation into their own dedicated pages.
Why? The old unified interface was getting cramped. Too many options fighting for space. Now each tool has room to breathe.
- Editly Image Generator — Pick your model, tweak the parameters, generate. All in one place.
- Editly Video Generator — Same idea, but for video. Model selection and settings are right there in the input area.
Homepage Refresh
The homepage got a facelift. Not a complete redesign — more like tidying up a messy desk.
What's different:
- Video generation now has a proper entry point (it was weirdly hidden before)
- Added shortcuts to jump directly to specific models
- Cleaned up the Showcase and Features sections
Nothing groundbreaking, but it should feel less cluttered.
Sidebar Changes
This one's small but useful.
We moved Credits and Billing into the sidebar. Previously you had to dig around to find them. Now they're just... there. Along with your creation tools.
Also simplified the overall look. Fewer visual distractions.
Other Stuff
- Fixed some navigation quirks
- Tweaked the login modal
- Various bug fixes (the usual)
